Carver Suction Cup Tie Downs

Giant 3 ¼” suction cups w/ toggle ball ties that stick to auto finishes, smooth flat boat finishes and windows, and the length 6” ties that stretch to 11”. The surface must be smooth and flat, not designed for under water use. Does not work for pontoon boat applications.
